92-51 APPROVAL OF SSDP07-13-92-1 FOR DRAINAGE BASIN "B"RESOLUTION NO. 9 2 - 51
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE
ISLAND, WASHINGTON, APPROVING A SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO DRAINAGE BASIN 'B',
SSDP 07-13-92-1.
WHEREAS, an application was submitted on July 17, 1992 to the City of Bainbridge Island,
Washington, by the City of Bainbridge Island Public Works Department for a Shoreline Substantial
Development Permit for the construction of the storm water drainage improvements for the Lower
Weaver outfall area to mitigate flooding and erosion of properties, and
WHEREAS, a public meeting was held by the City Planning Agency on October 22, 1992, to
consider the application, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, has determined it
to be in the public interest to adopt the Planning Agency Finding of Facts and Conclusions of Law as
determined at its regular Council meeting of December 3, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Bainbridge Island,
Washington, as follows:
Section 1. The application of the City of Bainbridge Island Public Works Department,
SSDP07-13-92-1 for construction of storm water drainage improvements is approved.
Section 2. The Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, attached as Attachment 1
are hereby adopted by the City Council.
