RES 83-14A SSDP YARROW BAYRESOLUTION NO. 83 -14A A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHING- TON, ADOPTING THE HEARING EXAMINER'S FINDING OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDERING ISSUANC~ OF A SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PErmIT FOR YARROW BAY YACHT CLUB WITH CONDITIONS. WHEREAS, this matter, an application for approval of a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit came before the City Council of the City of Winslow, Washington on August 18, 1983, and WHEREAS, the Hearing Examiner's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendations for a Substantial Development Permit was reviewed by the Ccuncil, considered and evaluated; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Winslow as follows: FINDINGS OF FACT The Hearing Examiner's Findings of Fact are adopted as recommended. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Hearing Examiner's Conclusions of Law are adopted as recommended. ORDER The application for a Substantial Development Permit by Yarrow Bay Yacht Club is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1. No more that 10 vessels may be moored at the outstation at any time. There shall be no rafting on the west side of the subject dock. Moorage shall be limited to one boat depth on the west side. All moorage shall be on the applicant's property on the east side of the subject dock. In the event that a moorage facility is constructed on the property to the east of the subject property, no rafting shall be allowed at the Yarrow Bay dock following occupancy of the new facility. - 1 - 4. Some form of pumpout for boat sewage shall be installed, which shall be approved by the Land Use Administrator prior to installation. 5. Five (5) parking stalls shall be required and shall be constructed to comply with section 2.4 of the Zoning Ordinance. This parking shall be completed not later than September 1,1984.
