RES 84-10 SSDP RESIDENTIAL CONDORESOLUTION 84-2Q A _RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW ADOPTING THE HEARING EXA~qINER'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND GRANTING A SHORELINE MANAGEMENT SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOP~-~NT PERMIT TO FOR A WATERFRONT FOUR-~IIT RESIDENTIAL CONDO- MINIUM. WHEREAS, application was made for Shoreline Management Substantial Development Permit by the Bowen Development Company; and WHEREAS, the Planning Agency on January 26, 1984, unanimously recommended approval of the permit, subject to six conditions; and TF[HEREAS, the Hearing Examiner on March 9, 1984, recommended approval of the permit subject to five conditions set forth in Conclusions of Law III, IV, V, VI, and VII of the Hearing Examiner's report; and WHEREAS, the City Council on April 19, 1984, considered the !tearing Examiner's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommen- dation and voted unanimously to adopt the Hearing Examiner's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and to approve the permit subject to the conditions set forth by the Hearing Examiner in the Recommendation; NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Winslow, Washington resolves as follows: 1o The Hearing Examiner's Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, File No. X-2-84, in the Matter of the Shoreline Management Substantial Development Permit are hereby adopted. 2. The Shoreline Management Substa~tial Development Permit for the ~,~e~ Development Company is hereby granted subject to the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall demonstrate filing of condominium covenants prior to occupancy of the building. (b) Resolution 83-14 granting a Shoreline Substantial Deve- lopment Permit to Yarrow Bay Yacht Club for the instant property is hereby rescended. (c) Moorage shall be limited to four permanent slips for watercraft owned by condominium owners and for casual, occasional moorage of vessels owned by friends of condo- minium owners. (d) The existing house shall be removed in strict conformance with municipal regulations. (e) A sidewalk adjacent to the property line and the graveling of the space between the sidewalk and the paved surface of Shannon Drive shall be constructed as part of the project.
