RES 89-54 APPRECIATION FOR TERRY DOLANRESOLUTION NO. 89-54
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON,
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO TERRY DOLAN FOR HIS
YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF WINSLOW.
WHEREAS, Terry Dolan served on the City's Eagle
Harbor Waterfront Park Public Dock Committee; and
WHEREAS, Terry Dolan served on the City Planning
Agency from June 15, 1981 to December 31, 1983, and as chair
of that agency from January 1982 to December 31, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Terry Dolan was elected to the City Council
and served as a Councilmember from January 1, 1983, until
November 7, 1989; and
WHEREAS, during this time Terry Dolan freely gave of
his time, expertise and ideas; and
WHEREAS, the government of the City of Winslow
depends on this spirit of volunteerism in its electedand
appointed officials, now, therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. TERRY DOLAN is hereby honored for his
service and commitment to the City of Winslow.
Section 2. TERRY DOLAN'S years of service are hereby
recognized as an asset to the City of Winslow.
Section 3. The Mayor and City Council of the City of
Winslow hereby wish TERRY DOLAN good health and success in
his retirement from Winslow City government.
RESOLVED THIS 2ND DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1989, AT A REGULAR CITY
COUNCIL MEETING AT WINSLOW CITY HALL, WINSLOW, WASHINGTON.
