RES 93-08 APPROVAL OF SSDP FOR SEWER LINE ETC FOR SEWER DISTRICT NO. 7RESOLUTION NO. 93-08 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, FORMALIZING APPROVAL OF A SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER LINES, PUMP STATION AND OUTFALL FOR KITSAP COUNTY SEWER DISTRICT #7. WHEREAS, an application has been submitted to the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, by the Kitsap County Sewer District #7 for a Shoreline Substantial Development permit for the construction of a pump station, sanitary sewer lines & outfall, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by. the City Hearing Examiner on January 11, 1993, to consider the application, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, has determined it to be in the public interest to adopt the Hearing Examiner Finding of Facts determined at its regular Council meeting of February 18, 1993. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, as follows: Section 1. The application of the Kitsap County Sewer District #7 for construction of sewer lines, pump station and outfall is approved. Section 2. The Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, attached as Attachments 2 & 3 are hereby adopted by the City Council. GRANATO, Mayor of the City of Bainbridge Island do hereby proclaim February 28, 1993, the official beginning of the bicycling season on Bainbridge Island and encourage the neonle of our City to ioin the celehrat_ion_
