RES 95-16 SIGNIFICANT SIGNS WITHIN THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGERESOLUTION NO. 95-16 A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, designating signs that are culturally, historically, or architecturally significant, and designating certain culturally, historically, or architecturally significant signs. WHEREAS, BIMC 15.08.030F provides that the designation of signs as culturally, historically, or architecturally significant shall be established by resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council f'mds that certain signs located within the City are culturally, historically, or architecturally significant, and should be exempt from the sign permitting requirements; now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The following signs are culturally, historically, or architecturally significant, and are therefore exempt from the requirement to obtain a sign permit under BIMC 15.08.030F, if the signs remain as they existed at the time of adoption of Chapter 15.08 BIMC, excluding ordinary repair and maintenance.
