RES 99-19 AMENDMENTS TO COBI'S BOAT DOCK MOORING AND LINEAR MOORAGE FEESRESOLUTION NO. 99-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING AND CLARIFYING THE CITY'S
MISCELLANEOUS FEE SCHEDULE AS IT RELATES TO BOAT
DOCK MOORING AND LINEAR MOORAGE FEES AS
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 97-34.
WHEREAS, the City established fees for use of the City's dock and linear
moorage in Eagle Harbor by Resolutions No. 93-36 and No. 97-34;
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 93-36, Section 1, specifically intended for these fees
to apply for temporary mooring of periods that are over four consecutive hours; NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Boat Dock and Linear Mooring Fee set forth in the
"miscellaneous Fees" section of Resolution No. 92-39 and subsequently mended by
Resolution No. 97-34, and the City's fee schedule setting miscellaneous fees charged by
the City, are mended as follows:
BOAT DOCK MOORING AND
LINEAR MOORAGE FEE
$.25 per foot per day for any time
in excess of three (3) consecutive
hours in any 24 hour period.
