WHEREAS, Michael J. Cle-nentz, President, North Sound Bark,
made application to the City Council of the City o~` Winslow,
Washington, requesting segregation of specs-.al assessments on
property, owned by North sound Bark.
WHEP.EAS, the laws of the State of Washi ngtan all-ow such

Dear dean:
As per your request we segregated the a) LID #6 assessments, and b) the sewer connection
charges (in lieu of assessments) for the North Sound Bank site (formerly the Kirkman site).
I,ID #5 assessment was segregated based on information provided by Roats Engineering
and Herb Armstrong. The following assumes an amount due of $29,141.96.
