CHANGING THE AMOUNT A.1D COLLECTION OF NOTARY FEES, AND
AMENDING SECTION 13 OF THE BAINBRI GE ISLAND FEB SCHEDULE,
ULE,
WHER-EAS, Washington statute provides that public sector serviced providers
should not compete with the private sector on the basis of price; and
WHERF,AS, the Finance Committee of the City Council has deterrnined that with the
recent changes in notary fees charged by the private sector, the fees charged by the
City for private business should not compete with those charged by private sector
providers; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRI GE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
Section I. Section 13 of the Bainbridge Island Fee Schedule is amended to read as follows:
13. MISCELLANEOUS FEES
BOAT DOCK MOORING and LINEAR MOORAGE FEES $.25 per Foot per day

three consecutive hours.
