.WHEREAS, on November 18, 1993, the City Council ado t No. 93-
46, approving the preliminary plat and planned unit develop n en v states,
consisting of 72 single family lots on approximately 189 s of ropert ocated
south of Hidden Cove Road NE, west of Phelps Road NE a d east o Sate Route 305,
upon application of North Washington Associates P n hi d
WHEREAS, on February 20, 1997, th ty Council d ted Resolution No. 97-
06, approving the final plat for Phase I, Hidde ove Estates; d
WHEREAS, North Washington Assoc~t Limit P nership submitted an
application requesting the City to approve alte n o division with respect to
Condition No. 32 of the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of Phase I, and such application
was signed by a majority of those r s having an ownership interest in the subject
subdivision to be altered; and
WHEREAS, the City provide no ' ~of~~_ a plication to all owners of property
within the subdivision pursuant to ~/~; and

Kitsap County Auditor's File No. 940 2220060, Ree10785, FR 1445, is amended as
follows'
Condition No. 32: The final road plan submitted by the Applicant shall be completed
after a site distance study is conducted by the Applicant at both the north and th
entrances to the site. Lighting shall be provided at all subdivision road entranc
Phelps Road and at all bus stop turn-outs. The lighting plan shall be reviewed an
approved by the City Engineer to assure that light levels are adequate for s '
