5. The rates for the use of water shall be as follows= 111
water shall be furnished and measured by teeter and shall be charged and paid.

a. O -504 cubic feet -there shall be a minimums charge of ~ 4.00 per month.
b. The nest 1,500 cubic feet - at 27¢ per 100 cubic feet.
e. The nett 3,400 cubic feet - at 2.3¢ per 100 cubic feet.
d. The neat 14,000 cubic feet - at ~7.¢ per 100 cubic feet.
e. The balasbee of water used ever 7,5,000 cubic feet - at ~¢ per lA0 cubic feet.
These said rates shall apply inside sr outside the Town limits: for
each service connected.
Specie]. er eom~rdal use ~t specifically set forth herein shall be
governed by contract to be entered ante bettreen the user and the Town Council.

and regulations remaain unchanged and are declared to be in full force and
effect.
This Ordinance shall become effective on the first day of Ysrch,
