ORD 66-03 COMPREHENSIVE STREET PROGRAMi
ORDINANCE 66 - 3
WI-iEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 195
of the 1961. Session paws-of the State of Washington, the Town
of Winslow did prepare a comprehensive street program for the
ensuing six years and,
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said law, The Town Council
of the Town of Winslow being the legislative body of said Town did
hold a public hearing on said comprehensive plan at 7:30 PM o'clock
at the Town Ha11 in Winslow, Washington, on the 17th day of Jan-
uary, 1966.
~1I~REA-S, there were no written or oral objections to the
comprehensive plan as prepared by the Town of Winslow relative to
the street program for the ensuing six years: within the Town of
Winslow,
NOW, TF-1E.'3EFORE, I~ IT ORLI,AINED by the Town Council of
the Town of Winslow, that the comprehensive plan as prepared by the
Town Engineer for the Tovm of Winslow as submitted to the Tovrn Council
of the Town of Winslow be and the same is hereby adopted, public
hearing being held on the same on the 17th day of January 1966, at
the hour of 7:30 PM o'clock, and there being no written or oral
objections to chid comprehensive plan,
HE IT FURTHER ORI~It~,D' , that a copy of said comprehensive
street program for the ensuing six years together with a copy of
this ordinance be filed with the Director of Highways of the State.
