AN EMERGENCY QRDINANCE 17ECIARIldG AN EMERGENCY AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXPEi~ITUAE THEREFORE
~~r.REAS' the lease covering the Town Police Car expires in November,
I966, and
11Y~~RFAS, it is to the advantage and in the interests of the citizens:
of the Town that advantage be taken of the provision of the lease to purchase.

is hereby authorized.
That expenditure from funda~ not otherwise authorized shall be made
for the above purpos® in the amount of X1,309.36.
PASSED by unanimous vote of the Town Council and approved by its
Mayor this 7th day of November, 196b.
