BE IT (RDKINED by the Town Council of the Town of Winslovr,
Washington, as follower
ACTION III, Definitions, is amended by the addition of the:
following paragraph. 'sTlI~ZA1~." Lands between ordinary high tide
and extremely low tide of salt water, sub3eat to tidal. variations."
SECTION ZV', "EST,~BI~ISHME1yT C~ ES~ENTIgL USE DISTRICTS", is
amended by repeal of the last paragraph thereof and substituting
therefor the followings "Tide7rand~ sha11 be considered to be within
the same land use district as the adjacent land, as shown on the
Zoning Dap."
PASSED by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow, Washington,
and approved by its Ddayor this 19th day of December, 1966.
