TOWN ORDINANCE NO. 9
A~ Ordinance providing for the construction, altera-
tion, and repair of contemplated structures within the
Town of Winslow.
BE IT 0RDAINF~D by the Town of Winslow, State of Washington, as
~1 buildings or repairs thereto in excess of an expenditure of
$100.00 and any contemplated structures within the Town of Winslow must
first have plans, specifications and uses approved by the To~na Oottucit and
said plans and statement of contemplated uses must be filed with the Town
Clerk.
Upon approval by the Town Council the Clerk may issue a building
permit upon a form provided and approved by the Town Council upon payment
by the applicant of a fee to be determined by computation of the amount
at the rste of a half cent 2~ per square foot of floor space.
Any person who violates~ omits, or neglects to comply with or
who resists the enforcement of this ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor and shall be fined in any sum not ore than $250.00 or
inrprisonment in jail for a term not to exceed 60 days, or by both such
fine and imprisonment for each offense. Each ds.V that a violation is per-
mitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five days from
and after its passage, approval and legal publicstion.
