ORD 80-24 AMENDING THE 1980 BUDGETORDINANCE NO. 80 - ~
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW AMENDING THE
1980 BUDGET AND PROVIDING FOR REVENUE AND EXPEN-
DITURES UNFORSEEN AT THE TIME OF THE 1980 BUDGET
ADOPTION.
WHEREAS, sufficient data was not available at the time of the
1980 Budget adoption to provide for the inclusion of the "Civic
Center Parking Lot Fund, 1980" and the "Limited Tax General
Obligation Bond Fund, 1980" and
WHEREAS, the "Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, 1980", were
sold in the amount of $215,,000.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, there shall be created a fund to be known as the "Limited
Tax General Obligation Bond Fund, 1980" where all taxes collected
for and allocated to the payment of the principal of and interest
on the Bonds shall hereafter be deposited in and expended for
the payment of the principal and interest on said Bonds.
THAT, there shall be created a fund to be known as the "Civic
Center Parking Lot Fund, 1980" (The Construction Fund) where the
principal proceeds received from the sale and delivery of the
Bonds shall be paid into and expended for the purposes stated in
Sections 1 and 3 of Ordinance 80-2 and to pay the costs of
issuance and sale of the Bonds. Budgeted as follows:
