AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW AMENDING THE
1980 BUDGET AND PROVIDING FOR REVENUE AND
EXPENDITURES UNFORSEEN AT THE TIME OF THE 1980
BUDGET ADOPTION.
WHEREAS, sufficient data was not available at the time of the
1980 Budget adoption; and
WHEREAS, additional unappropriated funds are available as follows:

Utility Fund

NOW, therefore, The Council of the City of Winslow do ordain
as fo 11 ows:
Section 1. That the unappropriated revenue in the amount
of $19,750 in the Current Expense Fund is hereby authorized
and approved to be expended for the purpose of salaries,
wages and benefits for the Engineering Technical Assistant
$9,065, Financial and Administrative $8,650 and Law
Enforcement $2,035; and, "
Section 2o That the unappropriated revenues in the City
Street Fund in the amount of $1,890 is hereby authorized
and approved to be expended for the purpose of salaries
and wages and benefits for the Engineer Technical Assistant
in the amount of $1,890; and,
Section 3. That the unappropriated revenues in the Utility
Fund in the amount of $630 is hereby authorized and approved
to be expended for the purpose of salaries, wages, and
benefits for the Engineering Technical Assistant in the
amount of $630; and,
Section 4. That the unappropriated revenues received from
the Comprehensive Employment Training Act in the amount of
$14,400 is hereby authorized and approved to be expended
for the purpose of salaries, wages, and benefits from the
Utility, Street, and Current Expense Fund.
