ORD 80-28 ESTABLISHING TAX LEVYORDINANCE NO. 80 - 28
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 80-18
ESTABLISHING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE 1981
BUDGET,
WHEREAS, the Ordinance establishing the tax levy for the City
of Winslow was found to have errounously listed an excess
tax levy amount for parking lot General Obligation Bonds in
the amount of $28,222, and;
WHEREAS, this was a Limited Tax General Obligation Bond
and subject to the 106% levy limitation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Winslow, Washington as follows:
That Ordinance No. 80-18, section identifying the
excess levy be amended to read as follows:
That the levy for the year 1981 for the City of Winslow
Washington is believed to be as follows:
REGULAR TAX LEVY $169,641.
EXCESS TAX LEVY $ 25,350.
