ORD 52-20 PROVIDING FUNDS WITHIN THE BUDGET AN W4ERGEECY ORDIEANCE providing funds within the Budget adopted
for ~2 for capit~l expenditures,
BE IT ORDAIh~ED by the To~m Council of the Town of Winslow as
follows:
Section_ _l~!.' To clarify the wording of the 1952 Budget which provided
for e.~q~enditures from the Street l~und for equipment and street construction
and m~tntensnce without design~ting any part thereof as capital outlay, the
amount of $1,050.00 is hereby tran~,ferred from the item of Street Construe-
tion and M~tntensnce to the balance remaining in the Jquipme~.t account, all
within the Street Fund, and shall be designated as authorized expenditure
for Cap!tel Outl~y.
Section _2~ Nothing within this Ordinance shall be interpreted
~s providing for expenditures exceedir~ the ~mounts provided in the 1952
J~dget.
PASSED unanimo~sly by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow,
Washington, and approved by its t~,yor this 16th day of December, 1952.
