license fees therefor.
BE IT 0RDAINI2) by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow, Wash-
ington, as follows:
Section ~ of Ordinance No. 3 is hereby cancelled and reinstated
to read as follows:
· ach license shall be issued for a period of one month and shall
be payable in advance. The monthly license fee for each machine or device
shall be as follows:
1. Devices or machines, including but not limited to pin ball
machines, providing a possible gain in number of plays or possible gain of
a~ nature whatsoever, Ten Dollars ($10.00).
2. De~Aces or machines displayed for amusement only and not prov-
iding for a~v gain from the playing thereof, One Dollar ($1.00).
3. Music vending machines, Five Dollars ($5.00).
The provisions of Ordinance No. 3. excep2 as noted above. are not
altered or changed and remain in full force and effect.
PASSE by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow. Washington
this 21st day of December, 1954.
