ORD 54-34 COMMERCIAL ZONE ORDINANCE l~0. 34 Ai~ ORDI~CE creating a co~nercial zone within the Town of Winslow. WE.REAS, by resolution of the appointed members of the Town of Winslow Planning C~mmtssion and the concurrence of the present owner of record of the lands hereinafter described, it was recommended that the lands referred to belo~ should be designated as commercial aresls; NOW, THEP~EFORE, BE IT 0PJDAI~ED by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow that the following desccibed lands, to-wit: Parcel One: The North A~O feet of the East one-half of the East one-half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter, except the North twenty feet for road, in Section 26, Township 25 North, range 2 East, W.M., Fit sap County, Washington, and The North two-thirds of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter and the North two-thirds of the North one-half of the West one-half of the East one-half of the North- west quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 25 North, range 2 East, W.M., Kitsap County, Washington, are hereby designated as a commercial zone within the Town of Winslow with access to any road or roadways, now or hereafter established within the limits of the said Town of Winslow and abutting on the said described lands, except that the ri~ts of access herein granted do not apply ~o State Highway 21-A, jurisdiction of access rights thereon having been delegated by the Town of Winslow to the State of Washington Department of Highways.
