rattle, bell, go~, clapper, ~mmmer, ~, or of a~ outcry or lo~
i~ or si~i~ exc~t to ~ive necessa~ ~g~s ~on the public street or
to warn of ~er, or to ~ke, continue, or cause to be ~e or continue~,
a~ ~eces~ry or ~u~l noise between the ho~s of 1~00 o~clock A.M.
6:00 e~clock A.M. ~uri~ week~s, ~d from ~t ~tur~ to 6:00 A.M.
