ORD 57-61 CURRENT SALARIESORDINANCE NO. 61
AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 21 to establish
current salaries of Town employees.
WEEAS, Ordinance No. 21 establishes the salary for officers
and employees of the Town of Winslow, and
E~EREAS, it is considered in the best interests of the Town
to increase the salary of its Attorney, Clerk/Treasurer and Street
Superintendent, and,
WEEAS, it is deemed necessary and proper and in the best
interests of the Town to establish a salary for the Town Engineer, and,
WEEAS, provision for such payroll increases was made a part
of the 1958 Budget;
NOW, TEEFOE, BE IT ORDAINED by ~he Council of the Town
of Wlnslo~;, W~shington, as follows:
That Ordinance No. 21 is changed to establish the salary of
the Town Attorney at $50.00 per month.
That the salary of the Clerk/Treasurer is established at
$325.00 per month.
That ~he salary of the Street Superintendent is established
at $325.00 per month.
That an item is hereby added to Section 2 of Ordinance No. 21
to read as follows: Town Engineer -- $25.00 per month.
That such changes be effective January l, 1958-
PASSED by the Council of the Town of Winslow, Washington
and approved by its Nayor this 3rd day of December, 1957.
