ORD 57-62 FIRE ZONESORDINANCE NO. 62
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11 and
establishing revised Fire Zones.
WHEREAS, the limits of the Fire Zone established by
Ordinance No. ll, enacted in 1951, no longer are equitable nor provide
proper building regulations for the expanding development in the Town,
NO~, TEEFOE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town
of Winslow, Washington that Ordinance No. ll be amended as follows:
Section I - Section 2 of Ordinance No. ll is hereby amended
in its entirety by substituting therefore the following:
Section 2 - There is hereby established in the Town
of Winslow, Fire Limits which shall comprise all the
area within the Town not zoned as "Single Family
Pesidence Districts" as established by Ordinance No. 50
known as the Winslow Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
and the zoning map, which is a part thereof, on which
the land use zones are defined.
Section IT- All other sections of Ordinance No. ll not
expressly mended shall remain in full force and effect.
PASSED unanimously by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow,
Washington and approved by its Nayor this 3rd day of December, 1957.
