in compliance therewith.
BZ iT O~D~NED by the Term Council of the Tom of ~Zinslow,
,,ashington, as follows:
SECTION 1: That the area within the Totem located at the
Southeast corner of the intersection of ~;inslow iYay and Ferncliff
Head and more particularly described as follov~s:
~ portion of ',~v~r~ent Lot 2, Section 26, To~mship 25 North,
Range 2 ~ast, ~. M., describad as follows: The East 198 feet of
the ,,est 396 feet of said 3overment Lot 2 lying South of Winslow
jay and the North 234 feet of the ~jsst 198 feet of ~overnment Lot 2
lying South of ,~inslo~-~ .ay
is hereby declared zoned R-O for multifamily d,~ellings.
SLOTiON 2: ~ll provisions and penalties for violation thereof
as set forth and defined in Ordinance lie. 50 are hereby declared
to be in full force and effect and applicable to the zone hereby
e stable shed.
SLOTION 3: ?he Council herevdth confirms that all provisions
for rezoning procedure as established by the binslo~ Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance, as adopted by the To~'n of %;inslow Planning
CoEission and apl~roved by ~e Town Council, have been complied with.
