lisl~.ed a Fire District and said Fire District shall be
divided i~:to Fire Zones, one, two and three.
All dwellings, buildings or structures shall be declared
to be ~ithin and subject to the requirements of Fire Zone
l, 2 or 3, as follows:
ffl~ Z0~ N0.0ire shall include all areas designated under
the ~inslow Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance ~50 as Retail
~usiness Districts. sSnnbol B-i. and Neighborhood Retail
Business Districts, s~mnbol B-N.
FI~tZ LON~.' ~0. Z~0 shall include all areas designated under
Ordinance Ko. 50 as Llultifamily iiesidence Districts, Symbols
i~-2, R-3, R-4 and R-5.
FI~ Z0z,~ N0. T~i~ shall include all areas designated under
Crdinance ~50 as Single Family Residence Districts, symbols
R-8.5, R-10, R-13.5, R-g0, R-1A and R-5A, Commercial Business
Districts, Symbol ~-1, and controlled IvZanufacturing Dis tricts,

'~LL ~UTO ~zZN~ DYST.,.GCT5, Symbol B-P, as established in
Ordinance No. 50, shall be declared to be subject to the
requirements of its Fire Zone (1, 2 or 3) in accordance with
~le land use zone within ~hich it is geographically situated.
~,~y person who shall violate or fail to comply ..'ith any of
the provisions of the Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shll be punished by
a fine not exc.~eding One iliumtired Dollars (.4100.00) or by
l~.unisi~nent in jail for a term not em~ceeding Thirty (30) days,
or b:i,' both such fine and imi~risonment, and each. day any such
personal shall contii~ae to violate or fail to comply with
t!~s ;rovlsions of the Ordinance shall be dee. ned and consider,sd
a separate offense.
