establishing the current price for service installations.

substituted therefore:
1. ~my Property O~ner applying for service shall make
~';ri%ten ap21ication ti~erefor and shall pay as follows:
~75.00 for each three-quarter inch (5/~") connection;
for sizes larger then t~zee-quarter (~/~") there shall
ba oaid such excess above the minimum of .~,75.00 as is
represented by tLe actual cost of labor and material
plus ten persent (10~;~) for overhead.
All other provisions of O~O~C~ NO. 16 together ~ith its
rules and regulations remain unchanged and are declared to
be in full force and effect.
This C.tDiIt~i~O~ shall become effective upon its passage and
publi ca ti on.
