W~, the petition of F, B, Nichelsen, Katherine B.
Nicholson, his wife; and T. G. Nishimori, Chizuke Nishimori, his
wife, the record owners of the properties hereinafter described,
was filed with the Town Council of the Town of Winslox in accordance
with the lawm of the State of Washington, asking that said properties
be annexed to the Town of Winslow, and,
WHEEFA~, the said petition was, by resolution, entertained
by the Town Council, and in accordance with the laxs of the State of
Washington, ~ date and place of hearing were designated, and,
WHEEEAS, the Town Clerk caused motices. of the date and
time and place of said hearing to be duI~ and regularly published
and posted as readied by lax;, and,
WH~REA~, a hearing was held on Septanber I5, 1959, a~ the
Town Hall in the Town of Winslow in accordance with said notices,
and at said time and place no one appeared in opposition to said
petition, the matter being referred for further study of the stipu-
lations contained in said petition,
NOW, THEREFOre, be it C~JlAINED by the Town Council of the
Town of Winslow that the following described lands, to:wit:

Section 27, Township 25 North, Range 2 East,
except the West 16.5 feet thereof,
Kitsap County, Washingten
be and they are in ~ccordance with the petition heroin filed hereby
annexed to the Town of Winslew as of the date of this ordinance.
