Winslewd' Cemprehensive Zening Ordinance and rezening and
establishing a B-1 Retail Business District in cempliance
therewith.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Ceuncil ef the Tewn ef Winslex~,
Washingten, as fellewa~
SECTION 1: Ordinance Ne. 50 is herewith amended se that area
within the T~wn lecated en the Nerth side ef Winslew Way between
State Highway 214 and Cave Street and mere particularly described
as fellswa~.
Lets 1 and 2 Jensents Additien t~ Winsl~w, Washingten,
is hereby Zened B-1 fer Retail Business Land Use.
BECTION 2: All previsiens and penaltie~ fer vielatien thereef
as set ferth and defined in Ordinance Ne. 50 are hereby declared te
be in f~,11 ferce and effect and applicable te the zene hereby
established.
S~CTION 3 '- The Ceuncil herewith confirms all previsiens~ fer
rezoning precedure as established by the Winslew Comprehensive
Zening Ordinance, as adepted by the Tewn ef Winslex. Planning Commissien
and approved by the Tewn Ceuncil, have been cemplied with.
BECTION 4: 'All ether provisions of Ordinance Ne. 50 as amended
are declared te be in full ferce and effect.
