AN ORDINANCE Amending G~DINANCE NO. 50 Known As The Winslow
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and rezoning a Specific Area Within
A Residential Zone By Reclassification For Lot Size.
HE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow, Washington,
as follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 50 is herewith amended so that certain
area within the Town located north of Hawley Way between Ferncliff Road
and Eagle Street and more particularly described as follows:
"Beginning at a point where the center _l~ne of Holly Way
intersects the center line of Ferncliff Way in the Town of
Winslow, Washington. Thence in a Northerl~ 8~ection 312',
more or less. Thence Easterly 249', more or less. Thence
Northerly 170', more or less. Thence Easterly 3~3', more
or less. Thence Southerly 488', more or less, to the center
line intersection of Holly and Eagle Street. Thence Westerly
592', more or less to the point of beginning,"
is hereby zoned R-8.5.
SECTION 2: All provisions and penalties for violation thereof
as set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 50 are hereby declared to
be in full force and effect and applicable to the zone hereby established.
SECTION 3: The Council herewith confirms all provisions for
rezoning procedure as established by the Winslow Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance, as adopted by the Town of Winslow Planning Commission and
approved by the Town Council, have been complied with.
SECTION 4: All other provisions of Ordinance No. 50 as amended
are declared to be in full force and effect.
