ORD 60-94 OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES AN ORDINANCE Amending ORDINANCE NO. 7, known as
an Ordinance Relating to the Operation of Motor Vehicles
within the Town of Winslow.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of
Winslow, Washington, as follows:
SECTION l: Ordinance No. 7 is herewith mended
so that the maximum lawful speed within that certain area
within the Town of Winslow, Washington, commonly known as
the Hawley District, is hereby set at 15 miles per hour.
Said Hawley District includes that entire area
within the Town of Winslow bounded as follows:
Ferncliff Way on the West; Green's Addition to
the Town of Winslow on the North; and the Limits
of the Town of Winslow on the East .and South.
SECTION 2: All provisions and penalties for violation
thereof as set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 7 are hereby
declared to be in full force and effect and applicable to the
zone hereby established.
SECTION 3: All other provisions of Ordinance No. 7
as amended are declared to be $n full force and effect.
PASSED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Winslow,
Washington, and approved by its Mayor this ~ day of
