Washington, as follews:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 50 is herewith amended so that an
area locatea on the west side of Madison Ave., approximately 330 1/2 ft
south of the intersection of Madison Avenue and the High School Road
and more particularly described as follows:
"Parcel One - Begin~ at a point 442.48 feet south
and 30 feet west of the section corner commnn to
Sections 27, 26, 23 and 2~, Township 25 N, I · F~. W~M.,
Kitsap County, Was~%oton; thence N 92 feet;,, thence I 135 feet; t
thence So 92 feet; thence E 135 feet to point of beginning.

Section 2: All provisions and penalties for violations thereof
as set forth and ~efined in Ordinance No. 50 are hereby declared to be in
f,,ll force and effect and applicable to the zone hereby establish~i.
Section 3: The Council herewith confirms all provisions for
rezoning procedure as es+~blishe~ by the Winslow Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance, as adopted by the Town of Winslow ln~p.~ng Commission and
xpproved by the Town Council, h~ve been c~aplied with.
Section 4. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 50 as amende~
· re declared to be in f,,]] force and effect.
