EMERGENCY CRDINANCE E~CLARING AN EMERGENCY AND AUTHORIZING
EXI~ND~'kl~D FUND~ TO PROVIDE THEREFCR
WHEEEA8, emergency improvements to the Town' s storm drainage
system are considered to be in the best interests of the Town, and
WHEREAS, the expenditure of funds for the acquisition of a
power hammer is considered necessary and in the interest of economy, and
WHEREAS, revenues which could not be anticipated at the time
the budget was established have accrued to the Town,
NG~, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Town
of Winslow, Washington:
That an emergency exists,
That the authorized and approved expenditures shall be paid,
That the sum of $1,500.00 be transferred from the Current
Expense Fund to the Street ~und on a loan basis,
That repayment of the loan shall be provided for in the
n~xt budget prepared in the year 1962.
PASSED by unanimous vote of the Tom Council and approved
by its Mayor this 21st day of November 1961.
