RES 59-05 WARRANTS FOR LID 1 WHEBFAS, the warr~n~ issued to cover costs of Local Improvement District No. 1 could not be retired at time anticipated due to unforseen litigation, and WHEREAS', the protracted interest period resulting from said litigation could not reasonably have been forseen or anticipated, and WHEREAS', it was considered to be to the best interests of the Town to forgo the procedure of reassessments, and WHEBFAS, such action expedited the termination of interest charges, litigation and related expense; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the T~wn of Winslow, Washington: That the sum of $677.16 be transferred from the S~reet Fund to the L. I. D. No. 1 Fund. That such sum be used solely for the purp~se~payment on unforeseen interest charges accruing to L. I. D. No. 1 warrants Nos. 1 to 5 inclusive. Passed by the Council of the Town of Winslow, Washington and app~oved by its Mayor this 7th day of April, 1959. Attest: Clerk
