RES 73-08 REAL PROPERTY SURPLUSRESOLUTION NO. 73-8 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW DETERMINING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS TO THE NEEDS OF THE CITY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW that the real property described as: Portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 25 North, Range 2 East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning at the center of said Section 26, thence East along the East and West center line of said Section 26, a distance of 986.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence East 208 feet; thence North 220 feet; thence West 208 feet; thence South 220 feet to the true point of beginning; EXCEPT the South 20 feet. Situate in Kitsap County, Washington. originally acquired for public utility purposes is surplus to the City of Winslow's needs and is not required for providing continued public utility service and that therefore pursuant to Chapter 95, Laws of 1973, First Extra Session, the City Council of the City of Winslow hereby declares said real property surplus and directs that a public hearing regarding disposition of such property be held on the 1st day of 0ctober , 1973, at 7:30 P.M. at the Winslow City Hall.
