A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A POLICY TO INCREASE
SALARIES FOR FULL TIME, PERMANENT EMPLOYEES, BASED
ON LONGEVITY AND CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMZNT WITH THE
CITY OF WINSLOW
WHEREAS, the City of Winslow desires to minimize.
salary inequities occuring between compensation
r~tes of new employees and those of employees with
several years service and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to recognize tenured em-
ployees for their loyal service by instituting a
longevity salary increase,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Winslow,
that a longevity salary increase be added to the
annual salary budgeted each year of each employee
beginning the pay period following the anniversay
date of each third year of continuous, full time
employment with the city of Winslow and,
That the increase shall be set at $10. per month and
shall be prorated over all pay periods each year.
Longevity benefits will not be increased beyond the
eighteenth year of full time employment.

WASHINGTON and approved by the Mayor this 17th day
