An ordinance re[atin~ to the appointment of a Fire Marshal
by the Mayor of the Town of Winstow, Washington, which is deemed
proper and necessary in the protection of the genera[ health and
we[fare of the residents of the Town of Winstow, Washington.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of
Washington, as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor of the Town of Winstow, Washington
be and he hereby is authorized to appoint a Town
Fire Marshal.
