A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX
YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY
OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77.010,
Laws of the State of Wshington, the City of Winslow, has
prepared a revised and extended Six-Year Street Program for
the ensuing six calendar years, 1986 through 1991 and,
WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Winslow being
the legislative body of said City did hold a public hearing
on said Street Program at 7:00 P.M. at the City Hall in Winslow,
Washington on the 20th of June 1985.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
That, the revised and extended Six-Year Street Program,
for the ensuing six calendar years, 1986 through 1991 be and
the same is hereby adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of said revised and
extended Six-Year Street Program for the ensuing six calendar
years, 1986 through 1991, together with a copy of this Resolution,
be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Winslow, Washington, this
20th day of June, 1985.
