ORD 63-130 ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES AN ORDINANCE approving petition and ordering annex-
ation to the Town of Winslow of certain properties contiguous
thereto.
~RFAS, the petition of Leonard T. Leighton and wife,
Edgar J. Atwell and wLfe, Alan F. Black and wife, and A. W. Cole-
man, the record owners of the properties hereinafter described,
was filed with the Town Council of the Town of Winslow in accord-
ance with the laws of the State of Washington, asking that said
properties be annexed to the Town of Winslow, and,
WHEREAS, the said petition was, by resolution, enter-
tained by the Town Council, and in accordance with the laws of
the State of Washington, a date and place of hearing were desig-
nated, and,
WHERF~S, the Town Clerk caused notices of the date and
time and place of said hearing to be duly and regularly publashed
and posted as required by law, and,
~S, a hearing was held on August 6, 1963, at the
Town Ha~ in the Town of Winslow in accordance with said notices,
and at said time and place no one appeared in opposition to said
petition, the matter being referred for further study of the
stipulations contained in said petition, and,
WHMtFAS, a Review Board, as provided under R.C.W.35,
13,171 was convened on August 8, 1963, and took favorable action
on the petition,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ~RDAINED by the To~n Council of
the Town of Winslow that the following described lands, to wit:
Lots 33 to 39, inclusive, Yeomalt Point, according to plat
recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page 5, in Kitsap County,
Washington; EXCEPT portions conveyed to Kitsap County for
Park Avenue and Grand Avenue; and EXCEPT that portion of
lets 33, 35, 36 and 37 of the plat of Yeomalt Point above
described, and of a vacated portion of Dingley Road along the
south margin of said lots 35, 36, 37 described as follows:
That portion of lots 32, 33, 34, 35~ 36 and 37 of the plat
of Yeo~alt Point in Section 26, Township~horth, Range 2 east,
W. M., recorded in volume 3 of Plats, Page 5, records of
Kitsap County, Washington and of vacated portion of Di~ley
Road lying south of and adjacent to the south line of said
Lots 35, 36, and 37 more particularly, described as follows:
