AN ORDINANCE declaring an emergency, authorizing
hiring of a part time office clerk and establishing salary
appropriation therefor.
WHEREAS, due to volume of work, augmenting the
Town's staff of employees can be delayed no longer, and
~rHEREAS, by actibn in a regular meeting, the Town
Council has by unanimous vote authorized the immediate hiring
of a part time office clerk:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED, that the position
of office clerk is hereby established:
That the position shall be immediately filled g
the basis of ~ hours a day for the balance of the current
year subject to adjustment in future years:
That the monthly salary for this part time employee
shall be $130.00 per month;
That the sum of $780.00 is hereby appropriated for
such expenditures from the Current Expense Salary Fund.
Passed by the Council of the Town of Winslow, Wash-
