ORD 63-136 PARKING METER FUNDORDINANCE NO.
An Ordinance of the Town of Winslow, Washington,
creating a Parking ~eter Fund and providing for
the handling of revenue from parking meters and
the payment of operating, maintenance and capital
expenses incident thereto.
Whereas, by Ordinance No. 125 passed and approved April 16, 1963,
it was provided that coin operated parking meters be installed
on streets of the Town of Winslow in the interest of traffic
regulation:
NOW, T:!EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town
of Winslow, Washington, as follows:
A special Fund to be known as the Parking ~bter Fund is
hereby established.
All revenue collected from parking meters shall be de-
posited as receipts to the Parking ~eter Fund.
All approved expense contracted or oceasioned incident to
the operation of parking meters shall be paid as a disburse-
ment from the Parking }l!eter Fund.
Passed by the Town Council of the Town of Winsl~v, Washington,
