RES 87-31 PUBLIC HEARING TOWN AND COUNTRY MARKETRevised 11-05-87 RESOLUTION NO. 87-31 A RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF 1308 SQUARE FEET AT TOWN & COUNTRY MARKET. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winslow, Washington, has determined to set a hearing to consider the vacation of 1308 square feet at Town & Country Market, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winslow, Washington, feels it is in the best intercst of the citizens of the City to fix a time for such hearing in response to a petition from the owners of Town and Country Market, and WHEREAS, the laws of the State of Washington allow such vacations, after a hearing set not more than 60 days nor less than 20 days from the date below, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of the City of Winslow, Washington, as follows: A public hearing shall be scheduled for considering the vacation of the requested 1308 square feet at Town & Country Market on the 3rd day of December , 198 7 PASSED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Winslow, Washington, this 5th day of Novemberr, 1987.
