~HEREAS, petition for annexation of certain prop-
erties was entertained by the Town Council, the property posted and
notice published setting forth time and place of hearing which was
held on August 6, 1963 at ~ich there was no opposition to said
petition, and a Review Board was convened and took fevorable action
on the petition and,
~'~EREAS, the Town Council took action by adoption
of Ordinance No. 130 dated August 20, 1963 to annex to the Town of
Winslow as described in the petition, and
~REAS, said Ordinance as published read under
description of lands "Lots 33 to 39 inclusive, Yeomalt Point accord-
ing to plat" and should have read "Lots 32 to 39 inclusive, etc."

of the Town of Winslow that the described lands, to wit:
Lots 32 to 39, inclusive, Yeomalt Point, according to plat
redorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page 5, in Kitsap County, Washington;
EXCEPT portions conveyed to Mitsap County for Park Avenue and Grand
Avenue; and EXCEPT that portion of lots 33, 3~, 36, and 37 of the
plat of Yeomalt Point above described, and of a vacated portion of
Din~ley Road alon~ the south marEin of sai~ lots 3~, 36, 37 described
as follows:
That portion of lots 32, 33, 3~, 3~, 36, and 37 of the plat
of Yeomalt Point in Section 26, Township 2~ north, Range 2 east, W.N.,
recorded in volume 3 of Plats, Page ~, records of Kitsap County,
Washington and of vacated portion of DinEley Road lying south of and
adjacent to the south line of said Lots 35, 36, and 37 more partic-
ularly, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the center-line of
