RES 87-40 HONORING TOWN AND COUNTRYRESOLUTION NO. 87-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW HONORING THE TOWN
AND COUNTRY MARKET, INC. WITH THE MAYOR'S SPECIAL
CITY OF WINSLOW AWARD.
WHEREAS, the Town & Country Market provides an anchor
and a focus for central business district of Winslow and is
the key to its economic vitality; and
WHEREAS, the Town & Country Market has made a
commitment to the central business district by deciding to
remodel and improve their existing store in downtown Winslow;
and
WHEREAS, this represents a considerable financial
commitment as well as risk; now therefore
The City Council of the City of Winslow resolves to
honor the Town & Country Market, Inc. Board:
Don Nakata, President
Larry Nakata, Vice-President and Treasurer
Wayne Loverich, Vice-President and Secretary
with the Mayor's Special Award for the highest level of
contribution to the City of Winslow for 1987.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, Washington,
