A RESOIJJTION OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, ORDERING SEGREGATION
OF SPECIAL ASSESS~4HNTS FOR LOCAL IMP~ DISTRICT 6-8.
WHEREAS, Don Drury has made application, on behalf of Lanchnark
Partnership, for segregation of assessment LID number 6-8; and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 as allowed for in RCW 35A.43.010 applies
to land being sold or subdivided where a special assessment has been
levied; and
W}HZREAS, this property was subdivided in 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved by the Council of the City of
Winslow, Washington, as follows:
Section 1. ~he Clerk/Treasurer shall make the segregation.
Section 2. She description of the original tract, as shown on the
