A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON
ORDERING SEGREGATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
(ORDERED UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 79-31 AS AMENDED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 88-03) FOR CHARGES IN LIEU OF
ASSEMENTS 79-31E.
WHEREAS, Bob Grimm has made application on behalf of
himself for segregation of Charge In Lieu of Assessment No.
79-31 E; and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410, as allowed for in RCW
35A.43.010, applies to land being sold or subdivided where a
special assessment has been levied; and
WHEREAS, this property is to be annexed to the City
of Winslow a__stwo parcels;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the
City of Winslow, Washington, as follows:

The description of the original tract, as
shown on Exhibit "1" Ordinance No. 79-31, as amended by
Ordinance No. 88-03, to be segregated is shown on Exhibit A
as attached and is as follows: Property Tax No.
4113-002-001-0001, Madrona Subdivision Block 002, Lot 1 to 3.
Section 3. The amount of the original assessment
as amended by Ordinance No. 88-03, i§ $4,362.18, and is dated
November 30~ 1979~ to bear interest from November 30~ 1979.
The balance of the original Charge in Lieu of Assessment is
$4,362.18.
Section 4. The boundaries of the divided parts, as
shown on Exhibit B, as attached, consisting of Lot 1~ Block
2_~Madrona Subdivision toRether with that portion of vacated
Willow Avenue (Property Tax No. 4113-002-001-0100) and Lot 2,
Block 2, Madrona Subdivision (Property Tax No.
4113-002-002-0000) toRether with Lot 3, Block2, Madrona
Subdivision (Property Tax No. 4113-002-003-0009).
Section 5. The amounts chargeable to segregated lots
are as follows:
Principal
Lot 1 $1,718.43
Lot 2 and Lot 3 $2,643.75
$4,362.18
Interest is due from the date of November 30~ 1979~
at the rate of 12% per annum.
Section 6. The amounts due to the City for
reasonable engineering and clerical costs are $10.00,
together with $10.00, for each tract of land for a total of
$30.O0.
