AN ORD'ii.L~NCE vacating a portion of an alley
and accepting title to relocation thereof.
V~HEREAS, petition has been filed jointly by Bahbridge
investors, inc. and Inertia, Inc., vacation of a section of
an existing alley and dedication of property to provide for
relocation of said section of an alley,
NG'~ THEFOE BE IT OR!~iI~D by the Town Council of the
Town of Winslow, Washington, as follows:
That Public Hearing has been held before the Winslow
Planning Commission and favorable recommendation has been
received from that Board:
Therefore the follovdng described section of an alley
is declared vacated:
Parcel #1. That portion of the alley 20 feet in
width bordering the north line of Block i, Stafford's
Addition to Winslow, per Plat thereof recorded in
Volume 8 of Plats, Page ll, Records of Kitsap County,
Washington described as follows: Beginning at a
point 27.~ feet west of the Northeast corner of Lot 3
Block l, thence S 89°30'00'q~ 368.86 feet; thence
Nh~°30'O0'~l~, 28.28 feet; thence N 89°30'00"E 388.86
feet; ~hence SO°30'O0"E, 20.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
F~ther, that the following described area is accepted
for relocation of section of an alley.
Parcel 2. Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot
10, Block I, St~:fford's Addition to Winslow, per Plat
thereof recorded in Volume ~ of i~lats, Page 11 ~{ec-
