~ZEREAS, petition for rezoning of certain described
areas has been filed with the Winslow Planning Com-
mission, and
~REAS, public hearing has been held and favor-
able action taken by the Planning Commission,
NOW, THE~ORE BE IT ORDAIN]ED by the Town Cmmcil of
the Town of Winslow, lWashington as follows:
Section 1. The following ~escribed area is hereby reclas-
sified from R-S zone to B-1 zone,
That portion of Lots 3,~ amd ~ Block 1, Stafford's Addition
to Winslow, per Plat ~ereof recorded in Volume 8 of Plats,
page 11, Records of Kitsap County, Washington and vacated
alley adjoining described as follows: Beginning at a point
on t~e north line of said lo% 3, 27.~ feet westerly of the
northeast corner of said Lot 3, thence N 89°30'00"E, 30.00
