annexation to the To~m of Winslow of certain
properties contiguous thereto.
V.~{~iS, a petition bearing the signatures of property owners
representing at least 75 percent in assessed valuation of the
property heroinafter described~ was filed with the Town Council
of the Town of Winslow in accordance ~ith the laws of the State
of Washington, asking that said properties be annexed to the
Tom of Winslow, and~
W~R~S, the said petition ~zs, by resolution, entertained by
the Town Council, and in accordance v~th the laws of the State
cf Washin~ton~ a date and place of hearing was designated, and
~'~HKREAS, the Town Clerk caused notices of the date and time
and place of said hearing to be duly and regularly published
and posted as required by law~ and~
V~EREAS, a hearing was held on December 3, 19~]~ at the Town
Hall in the Town of WinSlow in accordance with said netices~
and at said time and place no one appearedwin opposition to
said ~etition, and
~HEREAS, a Review Board, as provided under R.C.W.
was convened on the 10 day of Dec.1963, and took favorable
action on the petition~
N~, THEREFORE FE IT ORDAINEDby the Town Council of the Town
of Winsl~w, that the following described lands, te ~it:

and the West 16.~ ft of the NE 1/h of the ~%~ 1/h of the SE
and the east 13 rods of the NE 1/h of the SW l/h, except
the south 300 ft thereof, all in Section 27, Tcwnship~
north, Ranfie 2 East, ~.~. situated in Kitsap County, State
of Washington.
