RESOLUTION NO. 89-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR A HEARING DATE
TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
IHLAND WAY
WHEREAS, the Winslow City Council acknowledges
receipt of a petition to vacate a portion of Ihland Way, and
WHEREAS, the Winslow City Council by state statute
is required to indicate by resolution the time for hearing
prior to making a decision as to any such vacation, and
WHEREAS, the Winslow City Council finds these
proceedings to be in the public interest,
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. A public hearing is scheduled for the 5th day
of October , 1989, pursuent to Chapter 35.79.010, which
time shall be not more than 60 days or less than 20 days
after the date of this resolution.
2. The City Clerk shall give 20 days notice of such
petition by written notice in three public places in the
city and like notice in a conspicuous place on the above
street as set forth in RCW 35.79.020.
